[ps] Dreamy Effect
1. Prepare the picture you want to have the dreamy effect (layer 1).
2. Press CTRL+J to duplicate the layer.
3. On the duplicated layer, go to Filter >> Blur >> Blur More.
4. Go to Layer >> Layer Style >> Blending Options. Change the Blend Mode into OVERLAY.
5. Here's mine. Add stars, glitters, brushes, etc. to add more effect on the photo.
